Frank Oxenham Wiley was a railway clerk in the army. The railway was in his blood. His father was the station master at St Clears. He had walked to Wales from Devon and worked his way up to become the station master.
Times were hard but young Frank remembers wonderful times around the station and in the Station Master’s house, his family home.
